Requirements for the catechetical year can vary if you are seeking the Sacrament of Confirmation for the purposes of marriage. Please see Deacon Juan Antonio & Lorena Rodriguez first for more information. (909)991-8690 or  (909)874-4612

 Important

  • If in previous year, student has taken Faith Formation classes elsewhere, a transfer letter is needed. 
  • A student may only miss a maximum of 3 classes per year, otherwise the year will have to be made up the following year.
  • Parents and Adult students must attend parent orientations and meeting conferences.

Please start the registration process by completing a registration form for each person starting faith formation for the 2024-2025 catechetical year ( Found in the Office of Religious Education). A birth certificate for each student submitting a registration form is needed, along with any sacramental certificates from sacraments they have received. When we have collected the registration form, birth certificate, sacramental certificate(s), and deposit.
